Receptionist (Temporary-to-Hire)

Pay Rate: $19-$21 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This temporary-to-hire position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying
  • Support office staff with clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
